Property Maintenance services
We will provide regular checks throughout the winter to ensure your property remains in the condition you left it in.
- This service includes:
Maintenance services throughout the season for your property with the 24 hr helpline for owners and guests. - If bad storms occur extra checks will be carried out to give you further peace of mind.
- Problem detection. If our team detects a problem a report with pictures where possible, will be sent to you with a quote to rectify the problem.
General maintenance checks on the properties utility systems such as:
- Air-condition units
- Solar paneling
- Main electrical goods
- Smoke Alarms
- Also pre property season property check is carried out at the start of every season.
- Utility systems will be checked in April as part of the Pre-Season clean, unless the client request otherwise, to prepare your property for the start of the summer season.
- A 24-hour helpline number will be provided to all of our clients, which adopt this service.
- Key holding service included, Only company members will be able to gain access to the keys. With written permission from owners we will release the keys to a third party, Homes & Gardens Fethiye offer a computerised keys system for the security of your keys
We can also supply quotes for your property to include garden design and landscape, decorating, repairs & renovations. We will visit your property and provide you with a no obligation quotation.
Management is covered for areas, Ovacik, Hisaronu, Fethiye, Kaya & Olu Deniz
Property Management Services
Managing a property means that we can run your property for you in your absence. Included and provided in this service are:
- Payment of all utility & frequently paid bills such as electric, water and council tax.
- The communication of costs for itemised work under the maintenance contract if applicable.
- Itemised accounts are available at your request.
- Remind you of your Insurance renewal and help you with the Insurers and provide guidance if ever an unfortunate situation such as a claim occurred.
- Key-holding service in a secure location. Only company members will be able to gain access to the keys by a sign out system.
